When you order, we collect the contact details, questionnaire answers, health and performance information, bloodwork file, consent record, order status, and payment reference needed to provide the service. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this website.
How information is used
Your submission is used only to review your bloodwork, personalize the requested supplement and performance protocol, administer your order, provide support, and meet legitimate legal or accounting obligations.
Sensitive health information
Bloodwork and questionnaire responses can contain sensitive information. Submit only information relevant to the service. Access is restricted to the people required to fulfill the order. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Order information is retained only as long as reasonably required to deliver the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of eligible information by contacting Klaus through @KlausRiisCoaching on Instagram.
