Service provided
The One-Time Bloodwork Optimization service includes review of one current bloodwork submission, a personalized written analysis, a supplement protocol, and a PED-focused performance and risk-management review when relevant.
Not included
The service does not include laboratory testing, medical diagnosis, prescription treatment, a video consultation, nutrition planning, workout programming, follow-up consultations, ongoing messaging, or later protocol adjustments unless separately agreed in writing.
Educational scope
The service is educational and informational. It does not establish a doctor–patient relationship and does not replace advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional. Prescription medication and medical decisions must be managed with an appropriately licensed clinician.
Client responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information and files submitted are accurate and belong to you or are lawfully provided by you. You remain responsible for decisions made with your healthcare professionals and for seeking urgent medical attention when appropriate.
Delivery
The written analysis is normally delivered within 5–7 business days after complete intake and confirmed payment. Missing, unreadable, or incomplete information may delay delivery.
Refunds
Because personalized work begins after payment and intake review, completed analysis work is non-refundable. If the service cannot be provided, Riis Transformations LLC may cancel and refund the order.
